Free21 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, addiction treatment, or emergency services. Do not delay seeking professional care because of information or progress shown in Free21.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your location. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Free21, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer the service except where law expressly permits it, or use Free21 to violate the rights of another person.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
If paid features are offered through Apple, billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled under the terms shown at purchase and the rules of the App Store. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of information you add to Free21. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and transmit that information solely to operate and improve the service.
6. Intellectual property
Free21, including its software, visual identity, text, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to PAC EDUCACAO E TREINAMENTOS LTDA. These Terms do not transfer ownership or grant rights to use our trademarks or branding.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Free21 reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and will provide notice when reasonably required.
8. Disclaimer and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Free21 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Personal results vary, and we do not guarantee that a specific habit will be changed or that a particular outcome will be achieved. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using Free21 at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when these Terms are violated, the service is misused, or action is reasonably necessary to protect Free21 or others.
